Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary

The punctuality from pickup to drop off . Got in 1 hour earlier than the time I was supposed to. Loved that I could work seamlessly with the WiFi provided

Our Driver was amazing! Polite and professional. Made our ride go great! I noticed his great repor with the gentleman he was training too. Extremely patient and very considerate of the passengers . I would definitely chose Rider express again!!!

They were one hour and 15 min late no decent apology and I got sick standing in the cold. Then they transferred random passengers into our bus and then boarded us onto another bus. So irritating and unprofessional

The seat of the bus was very comfortable for the journey and the cleanliness in the bus was very good but the WiFi is little slow but it’s working

The seat was comfortable, However there was a bad smell of cigarettes inside the bus which was bothering me

my experience with Canada Bus was amaizing, driving was safe, however the driver was a little bit rude to me and my family with yelling and telling the instruction in a very rude way and I was avoiding her as much as i can because she was loud and make me feel I am an ignorant person. I was with my teenage kids they were so quite headphones on and so polite. she just doesn't like us as a first impression thinking this is a woman with her kids now. I promise we where very quite and respectful. she make me and my kids feel uncomfortable all the way going to and coming from edmonton

Wasn’t sure where the exact location of pickup and drop off was at first but finally figured it out. The trip itself was good - the bus driver was friendly, the bus was comfortable. However I wasn’t impressed that we had to put our own luggage on & take it off ourselves.

I appreciated the ease of checking in and traveling to Calgary. We left within 5 minutes of our scheduled time and arrived about 15-20 later than anticipated at the final stop in Calgary. The seat was comfortable, but there were a lot of empty seats on the bus and I was sitting next to someone making it a bit more difficult to do work. This was my first experience on a bus between Edmonton and Calgary and I would do it again.

Too small seat .. booked with others even tho there was a lot seat weren’t taken

I enjoyed the beverages and water. I didn't enjoy that the bathroom was smelly. I enjoyed that there were lots of hand sanitizing cloths available.

I enjoyed the ride. The seats were nice. They played 2 movies from Edmonton to Calgary. The walking rows were spacious and there was free snack foods. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the 2 ports that are 110 outlets just below the window. Without having these behind the seats, it makes it inconvenient for the customer sitting on the inside window seat to have to have cables running over their lap for the customer on the rowside seat that is looking to use an outlet. Other than that though, the trip was awsome and the wifi was hard to stay connected to having intermittency issues.

Driver was eating and talking to passengers while driving instead of paying full attention to the road. We arrived with 20+ min delay. Washroom was dirty and smelled bad. Many power outlets were not working.

It was a comfortable ride. Amazing staff and the driver is such a nice person. He handled the passengers trip with such safe and smooth driving.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with ebus. I was traveling for work and I found everything was efficient and on time period for the most part staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did, unfortunately, have one negative experience with the staff member. The staff member in red deer on December 4th was rude and confrontational. She rather aggressively insisted I put my purse and water bottle up in the carry on. I have been traveling with these items On December 3 all the way from Edmonton downtown to Calgary downtown office, and was traveling December 4 from Calgary to downtown Edmonton. No one else had a concern as it was a fairly small handbag. This woman insisted, arguing rudely that this was a safety concern. I work in safety – these items were not an issue. I chose to not continue the confrontation, moving them to carry on (despite the fact that the purse did not have a zipper and exposed my cash and other personal items. I found her behaviour abrasive and uncalled for in a professional service. I must say, however, all other staff were extremely courteous. In Calgary DT office on Dec 4, the driver even offered to hold my luggage behind the counter while I quickly tried to run and grab food before the trip. Overall, the experience was positive.

The bus was clean. Comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bus driver was awesome. Tide was relaxing. He explained everything clearly over the microphone about each stop. He was very helpful for passengers getting on and off at each stop.
