Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary

the bus and bus driver were great, only issue was the air pressure not working after we left, which delayed us (I know this isn't the driver's fault, but still a minor inconvenience so...pack snacks! it was otherwise a great trip)

First time ! It was a smooth ride . Bus was a bit late but still arrived on time to destination . Wish there was cup holders and usb ports in bus .

Bus departed 30min late. There was too many passengers. The address linked on the ticket was wrong, so it took me to the wrong address and I had to figure out by driving around where the bus was departing from.. It said Edmonton South, but how would I have known that it was Southgate? There was no address provided that said southgate. Bus inside was way too hot and stuffy.

Bus driver was very kind and a good driver. Bus did not have outlets to plug in phones, most busses do.

The driver was very informative but the bus was wonbling behind but he said we shouldn't mind that he would ensure our safety to Calgary!!

The trip was from Edmonton to Calgary. The bus had a flat tire which seemed like an oversight by the company as it occurred 30 min into the trip. Golbe, our driver was wonderful in trying his best to communicate with Canada Bus to get a new bus to arrive at the gas station he pulled over in. It took Canada Bus almost 2 hours to send a new bus, partly due to its noncommunicative, incompetent driver who dilly-dallied on his way to us and still stalled the bus as it tried to leave for Calgary. Overall, a 3.5 hour trip became 7 hours.

Plus point- Washrooms, upper cabinets for small bags . 2 seats attached to each other should have a hand rest in the middle. It not only give a relaxation but also a bit of privacy from each other and that’s the most important point to look into

My 14 year old sister, almost 15, was simply not allowed on the bus without an escort, although there was no information about this anywhere, we were very upset by this incident.

Bus driver continuously tailgated vehicles. Drove over speed limit. Quite rude when explaining rules of FlixBus. Pumping brakes so as a jerky movement of bus could have been avoided with knowing how to properly apply brakes. Overall felt very unsafe

I enjoyed the ride. The seats were nice. They played 2 movies from Edmonton to Calgary. The walking rows were spacious and there was free snack foods. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because of the 2 ports that are 110 outlets just below the window. Without having these behind the seats, it makes it inconvenient for the customer sitting on the inside window seat to have to have cables running over their lap for the customer on the rowside seat that is looking to use an outlet. Other than that though, the trip was awsome and the wifi was hard to stay connected to having intermittency issues.

Driver was eating and talking to passengers while driving instead of paying full attention to the road. We arrived with 20+ min delay. Washroom was dirty and smelled bad. Many power outlets were not working.

Driver was very professional. Excellent driving skills, even paced throughout the trip. No quick stops and starts. Need time to pick up snacks and drinks as this is challenging to do while the bus is travelling. Love the comfort and will travel with Red Arrow again!

Timeliness is perfect. I didn't like the unassigned seats. I stepped out if bus in red deer to grap a snack, just to come back my seat already taken

It was a comfortable ride. Amazing staff and the driver is such a nice person. He handled the passengers trip with such safe and smooth driving.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with ebus. I was traveling for work and I found everything was efficient and on time period for the most part staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I did, unfortunately, have one negative experience with the staff member. The staff member in red deer on December 4th was rude and confrontational. She rather aggressively insisted I put my purse and water bottle up in the carry on. I have been traveling with these items On December 3 all the way from Edmonton downtown to Calgary downtown office, and was traveling December 4 from Calgary to downtown Edmonton. No one else had a concern as it was a fairly small handbag. This woman insisted, arguing rudely that this was a safety concern. I work in safety – these items were not an issue. I chose to not continue the confrontation, moving them to carry on (despite the fact that the purse did not have a zipper and exposed my cash and other personal items. I found her behaviour abrasive and uncalled for in a professional service. I must say, however, all other staff were extremely courteous. In Calgary DT office on Dec 4, the driver even offered to hold my luggage behind the counter while I quickly tried to run and grab food before the trip. Overall, the experience was positive.
