Bus Tickets from Toronto to Ottawa

They force us to change another bus but our seats were taken. Driver stopped in the middle of highway but never stop to take a break. Will never travel with FlixBus again

The company is unprofessional nor accommodating when flights are delayed and riders miss their original departure time. Would never use their service or recommend to others.

The ride is good but the dropping point in Ottawa is very inconvenient for here in the west side; we hope there’s two dropping points in Ottawa to cater west and east end.

Bus broke down, delaying the trip 3 hours. Very little communication from the drivers and unnecessary stress

I enjoyed the ride as it was very comfortable, the seats were nice and comfy. But what i didnt like is that the driver was talking very loudly on his phone while driving.

I was very happy with the driver who was very helpful answering questions and assisting those who needed help getting on and off the bus and with our luggage.

It was a good trip between Toronto to Ottawa had to change buses 🚌 at Kingston than another 2 more hours to Ottawa

Reckless and rude driver. From Kingston to Ottawa. There was no access to washrooms on both rides from Toronto to Kingston and Kingston to Ottawa. The bus terminal in Kingston was closed and our only option was wait outside. People were urinating on the perimeter of the station as there was no other option. Utterly disgusted by the poor planning and lack of care.

The library was closed and it that cold weather there was no safe protected area to wait for bus to arrive. I would never choose that spot again with the terrible weather conditions and no consideration what so ever from the company. I traveled from union station before and it was a good experience. Bus delayed and within this long trip two of us could not even sit together! The only thing I liked was the bus (two levels with roof light). Since we couldn’t sit together, one of us had a bag tag stolen from us! The person sitting next to her told how cute is that and took it when she fallen sleep! It was a good token from our friends.

Ontario Northland has to know who they are jointly working .Busbad are scamining customers by hacking and missing leading Customers through web booking!

This is my favorite bus line by far. It's comfortable, very clean (including the restroom onboard), the amenities work consistently, the drivers are very kind and professional, and there is a beverage/snack service available. Will also mention, that although the bus may be a bit late picking up due to TO traffic, I have always arrived in ottawa on time!

The journey was smooth and driver was friendly and professional. The bus was neat. There was no charging port for type C chargers .

Red Arrow has been my favourite bus company for a while, mainly because of its complementary beverage and snack service, extra legroom, and having an Associate on board who supports the driver and clients with diverse needs. However, yesterday, a passenger was drinking alcohol on the bus, and when the Associate asked him to stop, he sweared at her. The bus driver then proceeded to stop on the side of the highway, came to the back or the bus, and yelled at the man profusely. I was observing the reactions of the passengers around me, and the escalation (as opposed to de-escalation) caused them visible distress. I would strongly suggest all staff receive some kind of de-escalation and cultural sensitivity training, as there are calm ways to address nonetheless stressful situations.

The bus was in the waiting spot earlier and arrived on time at the destination. The toilet wasn't as clean as expected

The temperature inside, the overhead compartment space, the seat space, the cleanliness, the plug sockets

Outlets advertised but there were none! That was the reason I chose this bus not another. Unacceptable. Also the seats were EXTREMELY filthy. Disgusting.

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.
