Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Kingston

I missed my bus despite running after it, trying to flag it down! I was walking to it at 3:29 (can check cameras at VIA rail Ottawa) very upset by this. I tried to get another bus but the next one wasn’t until 8-9 hours later same day :( person manning the flix bus was away from their post so could not call the bus despite seeing it visually driving away

On time. Courteous bus driver. Clean bus. Arrived a few minutes early to Kingston.

The trip back to Ottawa was late of about 20mins but other than that the ride was smooth

It was very clean and comfortable but the arrival time wasn’t correct instead of arriving at 7:25 I arrived at 7:50.

Got notice it was 10 min late but was more than that had to track for app and it was minus 15 out waiting no shelter nothing

The driver was very polite and the bus was on time. I even arrived at my destination 10 minutes early. The driver also drove carefully and but at a good speed. The bus was clean and had a place to charge my phone. Overall, really impressed with the experience.

I’m totally disappointed with the quality of the trip. It has more than 20 minutes late.

Bus was more than an hour late for pickup. They did, however, send an email 15 min in advance.

Quick, on time, comfortable enough. Cheap and efficient way to cross Canada. Only did I a 2hr trip but it’s consistently good.

I liked the free snacks, and I like that there was more space between the seats than some other buses I've taken. Also the bus arrived at the destination exactly on time

This is the only bus that has felt clean and safe. Everyone was kind and respectful. The staff frequently checked in on everyone. I received complimentary water and hot chocolate.

I liked the comfortable seats, friendly staff and complementary snacks and drinks.

The bus was over 33 degrees with excessive humidity- I could hardly breathe, and everybody was drenched in sweat the whole time. The second half of the ride, the entire bus smelt like pungent bathroom. I will never ride with this company again unfortunately.

The Bus was clean, & we left on time, but we got a flat tire & then we were stuck in Mallorytown parking lot. After 2.5hrs of waiting I got off the bus & instead had to get people, who were waiting for me in Kingston, come get me because of our deadlines. An efficent back up system needs to be in place for such scenarios.

did not provide any communication about delays and was 4 hours late in both directions. the driver was horrible on the way there and got pulled over by the police for unsafe driving

Was not very good as was to arrive at 10:15 and didn't arrive until 5 hours later. We did get some notice of delays though but was already at bus stop. Once on trip driver was courteous and safe drive.

Actually comical the level of U professionalism. The driver got lost multiple times, and took the wrong exit on multiple occasions. Completely unacceptable.
