Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Montréal-Trudeau International Airport

Driver was nice, ride was on time. Problem was seat belts. I realize that i am overweight but not so grossly that a regular seat belt do not fit. Yet these ones do not.

The bus was on time. It was an immaculate and smooth drive. The only issue is that the luggage trolley is not available at the parking.

I wish the signage for the bus stop was clearer/bigger, but everything else about the service was great!

Great, no complaints with Tour. Driver was friendly, van comfy and we got to Montreal in 2 hours.

Nothing to complain. All good. The driver drove very carefully, given it was a really bad weather. Which was really good.

Your Bus Station at Ottawa University is not marked with a sign of any kind whatsoever!!!

Never again. Bus was 35 mins late with no explanation. Bus was not a bus but a 9 passenger van stripped down with uncomfortable vinyl seats. The ride was rough and space was cramped.

I didn’t have a great experience and it was my first time. The shuttle was rescheduled for an earlier time. The text came late. I only managed to get on that shuttle because it was one hour late. In addition, the driver was answering phone calls while driving, talking about safety here. And stoped for gas when everyone needs to be at the airport on time. First time and late time. It was stressful and there was no customer support. The van smelled smoky old from cigarettes.

I didn’t enjoyed.. it was informed to me that it’ll be a bus but it was a mini van
