Our trip to Montreal surpassed my expectations. The driver exhibited punctuality, friendliness, and courtesy. The shuttle was impeccably clean, allowing me to rest comfortably during the entire trip. Additionally, the presence of a baby in a car seat did not pose any challenges or inconveniences.

Loud radio playing, which I found inconsiderate.

Never again. Bus was 35 mins late with no explanation. Bus was not a bus but a 9 passenger van stripped down with uncomfortable vinyl seats. The ride was rough and space was cramped.

I didn’t have a great experience and it was my first time. The shuttle was rescheduled for an earlier time. The text came late. I only managed to get on that shuttle because it was one hour late. In addition, the driver was answering phone calls while driving, talking about safety here. And stoped for gas when everyone needs to be at the airport on time. First time and late time. It was stressful and there was no customer support. The van smelled smoky old from cigarettes.

The driver, Abdul Jalil, was an excellent driver. He was polite, caring and warm. He was also on time. The quality of the shuttle was not bad.

The driver is too kind since he waited so long for others people who arrived late. Thus, the trip took longer time to get to Ottawa.
