Bus Tickets from London to Toronto

The bus arrived to the pick up address 15 minutes later. The journey was ok with no issues

Good service. Unfortunately, the bus was an hour late, but I think this was largely due to an accident on the highway, which caused unpredictable delay. The driver was pleasant and helpful.

Good ride but it was hot inside and the air conditioning was not working or running.

Seats were a bit worn down and outlet had cracked cover. Otherwise it was ok. Unsure if I could pick my own seat or if I just missed that option

Bus was late coming to pick me up and than took over 6.5 hours to make it from London Ontario to Union Station in Toronto

Good. Was on time ! That was great. But it would have been nicer to be able to board earlier as it was cold waiting outside.

Our bus broke down before Kitchener and it took almost 2 hours to get a replacement. The luggage hold was full of dust and dirt and my suitcase came out filthy. Despite the breakdown the driver handled things very well. Luckily we had booked with lots of time to spare and arrived at Pearson two hours ahead of our flight!

It was late, again. But worse than that, the bus rattled so much as to cause extreme nausea, and the seats were so close together as to be suffocating. And once again, the promised power outlets did not work. They have never worked and at this point it's a major complaint.

Bus was late over 1 hour , people where frustrated because they could be late for flights from Pearson . The driver was parjed somewhere else not notifing pasengers that that was that bus . On the way in to the bus she was not polite .

The bus was on time, which is good. But the air freshener was too strong. The scent is nauseating, which made the ride very uncomfortable.

Trip was comfortable and on time. The bus said badder bus on it and I booked Megabus so it was a bit confusing as there are other buses that leave from the same location.

It was excellent. The driver was informative and we arrived not just on time but 20 minutes early - and that was with traffic disruptions in Toronto due to a marathon!!!

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

It was perfect, few people on the bus, friendly driver, perfectly on time, will 100% use again.

The bus driver was late. He also drove very fast in the passing lane for the majority of the trip. He frequently slamed on the breaks as well.

The bus was 20 minutes late and the pickup location was changed without letting us know in advance. When I complained about these to customer service, he hung up on me!

It was completely enjoyable, by FAR the best bus service between London and Toronto. I can't rate it highly enough!

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

The bus did not pick up at the Royal Paan as scheduled and we had to walk to Fanshawe College bus area to catch it in the pouring rain. The bus itself had some type of mechanical problem so could not travel the posted speed limit. The driver drove in the middle lane on the 401 with all the issues and I think he should have been in the far right to not impede traffic. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage etc but he spent way too much time on his phone. That being said I do not know if it was about the bus or if it was it personal calls.
