Red Arrow User Reviews
Red Arrow receives praise for its punctuality, friendly staff, and comfortable seating. Passengers appreciate the onboard amenities like Wi-Fi and complimentary snacks. However, some reviews mention issues such as unpleasant bathroom odors and occasional delays or route changes. Despite these concerns, many find Red Arrow to be a reliable travel option with courteous service overall.
I enjoyed how kind the staff and driver were. They showed genuine care for the passengers, and made sure everything was taken care off. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available on board, there was wifi with some games, TV shows and movies available for entertainment, there was lots of leg room, the seat could recline, there was a little desk to get work done, and the seat could recline. I also very much enjoyed how we had 2 stops, one of which was at Harvey’s so we could get some food, and the driver even waited when it was taking a little longer than anticipated. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Bus left on time but had to transfer us to another bus. Waited for more than an hour for the next coach to arrive. Issues with the wheel chair access was broken. Passengers in wheel chairs are not very frequent but they should still check if this is working everytime. What if there's a flight we need to catch? This is my first time with red arrow so it's kinda frustrating.

I appreciated the text that they were running a few minutes behind. Jocelyn was very courteous and kind. I appreciated the free snacks, on board care instructions and the washroom though I didn't use it. The seats were comfy, had tables and outlets if needed. Will ride again. Best bus service I've experienced.
