Red Arrow User Reviews
Red Arrow is appreciated for its comfortable seating and onboard snacks, with several reviews highlighting these positive aspects. However, some users noted issues such as non-functional power outlets and small bathrooms. Delays were also mentioned in a few cases, along with concerns about wheelchair access reliability during transfers between buses.
The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

The seats were really comfortable and the ride was really quick. There was a 10 minute stop for riders to get food and use the bathroom halfway through the trip. The only thing that I would complain about was the bathroom on the bus was small and uncomfortable. As well as the bus was around 40 minutes delayed from the pick up time. I had to wait a very long time with only 1 update on the delay.

The driver was smooth and professional Robert Zeleweski or whatever his last name was but he was professional
