Bus Tickets from Calgary to Red Deer

Didn't enjoy anything. Bus was late for pick-up, again. Gentleman seeing in front of me delayed the bus at the first stop. He didn't choose a seat when he purchased the ticket and didn't want to give the seat to the person who purchased it. It took the driver at least 5 min to get him to move.

Confusion. Bus was late and it wasn’t the big bus. A little bus took us to a bigger bus. At crossmills. Not sure what happened.

The driver did not informed me she reaches Red Deer stop hence i ended up in Edmonton.

Easy, quick, very convenient and very Great bus driver! Comfortable bus with a bathroom which was awesome :)

My trip was only over an hour so not too long and sat in a comfortable seat so no complaints. Will take the bus for future trips.

Not impressed with the driver! We were waiting in a practically empty parking lot and the driver decided she had to pull up right beside my daughter’s car so close that we thought she was going to sideswipe it! Then as my daughter was trying to pull out to leave the parking lot, the driver pulled in front of her and cut her off!!! Terrible driving, not careful or courteous at all. If she had pulled into the RV parking of the southcentre mall by the CIBC, like my ticket told me it would, she would have not been anywhere near my daughter’s car and it was completely empty there!

The bus driver this time was very rude. Normally the drivers professionals. This time was not so.

The driver was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was so easy The drive up was very restful.

I could not cancel the trip. I tried several times and it did not work. I also purchased travel insurance through Refundable.ME, and the online application also did not work.

I had an excellent experience with Red Arrow. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. The bus was beautiful and extremely clean. It was a great ride. I will most definitely recommend it.

Everything went as it was supposed to go. There was some confusion for me though. Since I sat at the second seat from the front of the bus we were directed to keep our cell phones on vibrate and keep the noise down. This was so that we wouldn't disturb the driver. I asked the driver if I could use my cell phone. He said it's O.K. as long as I keep the noise down. Then on one of the stops there was a lady who gave a spiel about noise and she directly asked me to sit further down the aisle if I want to use my cell phone so as not to disturb the driver!

Really good service. Busses were well kept and clean, driver was very professional and informative

Comfortable, quiet, clean, but above all else, the driver was excellent. Very pleasant and friendly even after dealing with an unruly passenger.

There was a very drunk man who sat beside me and touched my face. I don't know how he was and we didn't exchange so much as a hello before he did that. He then passed out and was falling on me most of the way. His music was blasting and I eventually had to stand on the seat and jump over him because he could not be woken up.

Bus was clean, on time, and comfortable enough. Wifi didn't work this trip though

It was great. The temperature was good, we arrived on time, the drive was smooth. It was great. It was also my first time with this bus and I really enjoyed it. Definitely would ride again!
