Bus Tickets from Banff to Calgary

It was on time. But dropped off far away from the scheduled location (instead ofcrowfoot train station, dropped off 1km away)

Our driver, Brad, was great and super helpful. The bus is so comfortable, clean and tidy.

The bus I booked didn't exist

The driver went out of her way to accommodate us. She was extremely personable and the price for the trip was almost too good to believe! Highly recommend

The service itself was great, however, I had a bus booked for 0915. This bus was cancelled, yet I wasn't informed about this. I waited in freezing temperatures for an hour. I had to use a nearby hotel to call, and they informed me that my booking had changed to 1130. This would have been fine if I was informed, but I wasn't. They said they tried to call me and emailed me about the change. This didn't happen. What I would recommend, is having a Whatsapp contact as well. Because I am from overseas, my phone could only use the internet to keep contacted (I was using an esim). Instead on relying on phone contact/email to contact passengers, and this either doesn't work or could be missed. Sending a Whatsapp message to the passenger would be a lot better. And passengers could also contact the bus company using the app.

Nothing, bus was late for 2 hours, I did not use it, rented a car. Customer service never informed nobody till I called them several times.

I loved the free drinks and snacks and the seat was comfortable keep up the great work I will come again

I couldn't contact even when the bus delay and I was not sure bus is coming or not.

I enjoyed the journey. However the delay not so much. I do understand that the delay was caused by natural causes on the route.

The driver was amazingly kind and even stayed with us until our ride came at the end of the trip!

Overall enjoyed the experience, driver was very friendly and it was easy to book!

The trip went swiftly, driver was great and drove well. Understand its a busy time of year,but bus was very full and with 4 biggish people on back seat with bags on lap it was pretty uncomfortable maybe a bigger bus would have been alittle less squishy Other I would rate the trip good and recommend to others

Took 2 trips between banff and Calgary on the 14th and 15th. I had the same bus driver, who was incredibly kind and a lovely conversationalist. He remembered my name when I rode with him back to Calgary on the 15th, which I thought was very sweet. The bus was very clean and the seats themselves were comfy, it was only the fact that it wouldn’t be very comfortable for taller passengers (like myself). There was also no power outlets like I had the impression there was. Other than that the ride was wonderful, 4/5

The bus was cancelled and I was rebooked on a Banff Explorer service going to Calgary Airport when I had booked the Canada Bus which was going to drop me downtown by the Calgary Tower.

The driver was nice enough to call me when I was a little lost getting to the bus. He waited (not long) for me to get there. I was brought directly to where I needed to be.

All went well after all, but the pdf file which was sent as ticket was not readable!

Driver was very friendly. Good conversation on the way. Bus was late, apparently a traffic problem. Although did give notice. A very very good driver also.

AWEFUL. I booked a bus to the airport and they did not turn up at the Samesun hostel in Banff at the scheduled time. There is no way on contacting the company as the phone number went to an inactive voicemail. I was left feeling helpless. TERIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Driver picked up his relative from the service station to drive her to the airport. Talked the whole drive to Calgary from Banff. Everytime the driver turned to look at his relative in the passenger seat he swerved in and out of his lane. As I was the last one in the van to be dropped I asked if I could be dropped at my hotel. Which was a 3 minute drive from the drop off point and would save me a 15 minute walk in the cold. He said no because it would take to long to turn around
