The Canada Bus User Reviews
The Canada Bus receives praise for its comfortable and clean buses, punctuality, and courteous drivers. Many passengers appreciate the spacious seating and timely arrivals. However, some reviews mention issues such as inadequate heating or air conditioning, lack of power outlets or breaks during long trips, occasional delays in departure times, and instances where driver service could be improved.
my experience with Canada Bus was amaizing, driving was safe, however the driver was a little bit rude to me and my family with yelling and telling the instruction in a very rude way and I was avoiding her as much as i can because she was loud and make me feel I am an ignorant person. I was with my teenage kids they were so quite headphones on and so polite. she just doesn't like us as a first impression thinking this is a woman with her kids now. I promise we where very quite and respectful. she make me and my kids feel uncomfortable all the way going to and coming from edmonton

The journey itself was lovely but we didn't get a 15 minute break at the Flying J in Red Deer like we have on every other bus I've taken but I get it we have to stay on schedule. My only real annoyance was the lack of power outlets as it caused some issues not only for myself but other passengers as well. Overall disregarding that the trip was lovely!

The driver drove 120km on the highway. The windshield wipers stopped working 30 mins prior to arrival driver kept driving 120km/hr. It was very unsafe.
