Bus Tickets from Red Deer to Edmonton

The bus driver was very kind and friendly, the bus ride was quiet and enjoyable. The only thing that bothers me is that we have assigned seats, but some is always sitting in them so we just have to find an empty seat and sometimes I don't get to sit with my family is bus is too full.

I had gotten a change of time and location from Flix . The bus went to the old pick up location (approx a block away). Luckily another passenger saw it arrive. So we had to walk with luggage to the bus, not far, but I have limited mobility. No apology from the bus driver who said he was not informed of the change. Then, no WiFi available. No help removing bags from underneath. ( which would be appreciated by a Sr). My first experience with Flix and likely my last.

Everyone was on time, we even were able to leave slightly ahead of schedule. The bus was clean, seats are comfortable and it was air conditioned. I have a family member in Red Deer battling lung cancer and this service allows me reasonably priced transportation whenever I need it.. I will definitely use again.

My bus was not only over an 1 hour late, but there was a fight between the bus driver and a passenger 2 cm away from my face. Once getting off the bus we all noticed the huge whole on the side of the bus because of an accident it had during its route.

Bus Driver very fast driving not following the maximum speed, and I am not comfortable on my set spot very tightly spaced

I enjoyed the services of Red Arrow, But I can’t sleep while on travel because of the light of the laptop of the passenger beside me from Red Deer to Edmonton she use is laptop! Very disappointing!

Bus was late getting to red deer by 40 min. From red deer to Edmonton it was late because traffic. i took the bus in July it was 30 min late as well.

The bus was late getting to the bus stop but that was definitely not an issue as traffic was heavy at that time of day and snow was still melting from the night before. I have no complaints about the service provided and the driver was absolutely awesome!

It was an awesome ride, despite the fact that the bus broke down 10 minutes before Edmonton. However, the driver was very professional and a high five for getting us as far as he did safely.

There was no wifi at all on the bus and this is not the first time it has happened .

On time. Good driver. I did get some very odd notifications on my email that had nothing to do with me or my trips.

Excellent service and comfortable. The only issue was one loud and unruly passenger that reeked of alcohol, scaring a young boy. He came and sat by me for a few minutes thinking I was someone else and made awkward conversation making me uncomfortable. I believe he was drinking on the drive.

The bus and ride to Edmonton airport was fine. It would've been better if I could've kept my purse on my lap like the woman behind me but was told it had to go in the overhead bin. Also a couple across from me had a bag of food on the floor between them. The same rules should apply to everyone.

It's delayed and still stayed for longer period of time in the bus stop, more than 20mins

I was waiting a bus at 8:45 my flight was 8:55 and the bus left and I was 8 month pregnant too

Very bad . They left early to the departure time mentioned ,and I had to suffer and had to cancel my whole trip
