Rider Express Vancouver Calgary recent customer reviews
Bus stopped and the wheel slipped. Passengers were waited for long time. But the driver, kind man and some passengers tried hard to move the bus. We could move again. It was a little terrible. But this experience was exciting. Thanks to the driver and all passengers.

The bus drivers and assistant were great and the bus was well maintained, I personally liked the black and red seats very cool, the bus handler in Vancouver was demonstrated excellent costumer service, when helped me adjust my ticket because I couldn’t buy a ticket for today and I could only get one for the next even though the bus was not even booked full. He made it right!

I have a bad experience about my trip last oct.31 Because the bus left me in golden b.c. while im having my snacks at the fast food. even my things is still on my seat! How come the driver left me just like that without even calling because i have my information & phone numbers that i registered on the online booking what they did is iresponsible im so very disappointed and get stressed at that moment because all my maintenance medication is on my hand carry bag i think this is the kind of thing they need to improve all responsible driver need to make log book signing for all passengers phone numbers so they will have contacts for each person/ passenger. That not yet on the bus before it will leaves or depart
