Bus Tickets from Kitchener to Pearson Toronto Airport

The experience was affected due to the driver not assisting with luggage loading. Driver advised he could not assist us, it was not his job. The travel itself was great!

Finding the bus was a huge frustration as we couldn't find 1 Victoria St. Thankfully while driving around we saw the bus arrive & were surprised it stopped on the side of the road to load passengers, not in a parking lot.

When I arrived at the airport I asked the driver what terminal we were at and he essentially said “I don’t know I’m just a driver”. I told him I was surprised a driver for your company would ever respond to a customer that way.

Bus got stuck in stratford which is not anyone’s fault cause there was a snowstorm. But nobody informed about the delay and I have waited there for more than 1.5 hours. I needed to catch the flight and I had to book uber worth 150 dollars to airport. Very poor service

I booked the ticket for my husband. But for no reason, the bus delayed for 20 minutes and my husband was declined to board the bus. My husband knew little English and at last I had to get off work and drove him to the airport .

Great communication about arrival times, ease of buying tickets. Dislikes tiny left room

Brilliant driver. But need better signage in Kitchener. I was by the Go stop until I saw the bus across the street. I could have easily missed it

I loved that the bus was easy to find and the bus was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the drive and felt safe.

The bus was on time but the driver was more interested in clearing the windshield then letting me entering the bus out of the cold and snow. He wasn't helpful putting the case in the back which I did. I'm 76. The drive was good on this snowy day.

Very Friendly Staff! Driver is a true gentleman & helped with my luggage. Smooth ride, clean seats, very well maintained. Everything was Amazing! Looking forward to booking my next trip on Red Arrow

It was good but they arrived late

It is hard for a visitor finding where to get on the bus in Kitchener. I stood where I got off the bus from Toronto and just about missed it over on the side street

Everything went well except the bus being delayed. I was very impressed all other sides.

The buses going to/from Union Station and Kitchener have all been fantastic - comfortable seating, kind drivers, AC, and affordable pricing.

The bus basically broke down twice. On the 427 south it broke for good and we waited at the side of the highway for another bus to come. Basically over an hour late by the time we arrived. Bus driver was fantastic. Give him something that runs to drive.

Bad, cancelled 30mins before the scheduled time and due to the cancellation, the return ticket could not be refunded

Bus got cancelled a couple hours before. It was the only bus heading to Toronto area at that time

Stressful- bus was 40 min late and no info provided despite me giving my contact info.

It was seamless. My only feedback is that the pick up point is not clear. There’s no sign or anything marking it.

It was supposed to be a lovely Train ride. But instead we were crammed like sardines onto a very BUMPY BUs ride we arrive 1.5 hours late missing all of our connections.

I was told by the attendant since I had my business class ticket at the last moment ,he can not give me any meal. But he was eating... I asked for coffee ,he came with a cold one.Substandard service. Train #84 to toronto from kitchener. Very poor communication.

I originally was taking train to toronto to go to jays post season game. If it was still on train being late 60 minutes I would have missed 50 minutes of game.
