Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Kitchener

bus was comfortable but cold. Live tracker didn't work and waiting in the cold wasn't fun :(

Service was good. Driver was courteous and on time bus arrival to my destination.

Driver had a phone attached to the steering wheel so he could watch a movie, and another phone showing him vocabulary flashcards - WHILE DRIVING. On the 401. at rush hour. I called to report him.

bus arrived 15 later to departure dates, no notification was rcvd by mail or phone. This was not expected after travelling for 22 hrs by air.

The bus was filthy inside, obviously hasn`t been cleaned or swept out in quite a while and the driver was terrible. On and off the gas constantly, hitting the brakes way too hard then hard on the accelerator, weaving through traffic. We are not at all picky people but this seemed like some kind of joke. The other passengers were commenting to each other about the terrible driving as well.

I love traveling with OneXBus because they are always timely, friendly, clean, and comfortable buses.

Site indication location of pick up. Come pick up time they were a no show. Fortunately dri er called 15 minutes later driver called saying pick up was at different location.

Price was great, didn’t address the time change for daylight savings, causing many people to miss the bus

The service was canceled within 3 hours of the departure time with no explanation. We were in mid flight when the email was sent so I didn’t get until about 1 1/2 hours from the bus departure time. We were left scrambling looking for alternative transportation. The bus company was Intercity.

II like the buses and the staff a very professional, kind and most important their friendliness.

I waited for the directions given and bus was not there . Later called ourbus customer care and they told me bus is already left. That put me in a stressful situation as I have to catch my flight , I had to call uber and spent around 150 dollar . Really disappointed

This driver was very kind, the bus confortable however I did not put a 5* because the operator’s name on my ticket (« ourbus) was not the good one, same for the exact location at the airport (P2/P4 vs P1/P3). I understand it can change but I should have received an email notification. It was a bit stressful.

Never on Time and zero communication regarding any delays or if the pickup spot changes

Going to Toronto was perfect, however coming back the replacement Mini Van was over one hour late. I understand that the company is doing everything to fix this issue.

There was no problem with the ride just difficulty ascertaining I wax in the right place in the airport for pick up. Signage would be helpful

On time. Good efficient service. A little trouble finding we here to catch the shuttle bus. Perhaps that info should go on the ticket

very good, first time taking it, small bus, on time, although traffic condition, I am overall satisfied

I could not find the bus stop, and so i mssed the bus. Because i am new to Pearson Airport, i did not know the bus stop, so i followed the address which is shown on web site but guess what. They showed a wrong place…
