Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality and clean buses, providing a generally smooth travel experience. However, several users have noted issues with driver demeanor and communication regarding bus schedules at the airport. Some passengers also mentioned discomfort due to narrow seats or malfunctioning amenities like Wi-Fi and bathroom locks.
I enjoyed the trip, the bus was only about 5 minutes late even with all that after work traffic. I waited at the UOttawa bus stop where the typical bus routes arrive. I was originally going to get off at the final station, but my boyfriend came to pick me up closer. I let the bus driver know and it was no problems with the change and finding luggage.

Was good but no internet

I liked that the seat had a great amount of legroom for taller passengers. This made my journey much more comfortable. The service was clean, well maintained and the air conditioning worked very well. I was impressed by the standard of service and the driver was friendly and helpful.
Ollie B.
The pickup location was not clear at all. I missed my trip, which I paid $70 for, because I spent 30 minutes circling around the map point.
Seif Eddine B.
The driver was very friendly and helpful.

It was good experience with good and safe driving and kind drivers
