Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality, cleanliness, and professional drivers who ensure a safe journey. However, some passengers have noted issues such as unclear communication regarding bus schedules at the airport and occasional delays due to traffic or road construction. There were also mentions of discomfort with seating arrangements and concerns about driver demeanor in certain situations.
Overall experience was great. Everything is smooth. Except one minor issue with the person like me come from foreign country. When I arrived Quebec, I was able to stop in Quebec downtown. However when I am heading back to Montreal, the on boarding bus station is in Sainte Foy - Gare D auto cars. I was wondering whether going back to Montreal whether can be on boarding in Quebec downtown as well? If yes. I don't seems able to find this information in the ticket.

Despite the delays due to road construction on our way, the driver managed to arrive to the destination with minimal delay. I was disappointed with the driver's attitude and lack of personable demeanor. We had to ask her to open additional luggage compartments as the one that was open was quickly filled. Passengers were struggling to load the suitcases as the compartments were opened one at a time. We had to struggle to load our bags as we were not sure why all the compartments were not open and did not know whether they are full and will have no room for our bags.

The bus itself was ok and the trip was smooth. The reason I’ve rated two stars was because the bus was extremely late to arrive and it was so cold my daughters were crying and I couldn’t feel my hands or feet. No one sent an update that the bus was going to be late or when it will eventually arrive so that I could at least find shelter for them as we just came in from a very warm place. I also tried to call to find out that was no help either. So so disappointed about that.

Bus was late by 15 min, but overall the experience was great

As always, Orleans Express is a great experience. My only frustration is that Maritime Bus no longer provides service from Riviere-du-loup to Edmundston. Something needs to be done to have this service reinstated.

All was great and confortable and done in a timely manner
