The bus arrived late to start. I had to call the customer service line to confirm whether the bus was still coming. I stood out in the cold for an additional 15 minutes or more. It got so cold I had to go into the petro canada convenience store for shelter. When the bus arrived, the driver didnt bother coming into the store to see if anyone waiting for the bus was inside meanwhile it was freezing outside. I had to run as I almost got left. Inside the bus everyone had their hand luggage on the seats. I walked back and forth with no one budging to remove their items. I had to ask soemone to let me seat beside them. Its like people dont know they purchase one seat and not 2. The driver didnt make people put their luggage in the overhead bin to create space for people not getting picked up at the first stop. My seat was so tight and uncomfortable because of how squeezed in I was. Probably the worst bus ride ive ever taken. I went to Edmonton with eBus. I should have returned with the eBus as well.

The bus was on time. The air conditioner was not working properly, it was a warm ride

Driver behaviour very rude and this bus came Edmonton at 12.28 pm and time was 12.20 and destination time is 3.oclock but i was done my joury 3.47 pm .too bad schdule

Polite and professional staff Bus-Washroom was out of service, other than that satisfied with the trip experience, genuine prices, stayed on top of schedule

Seating slightly cramped but that is because I’m a tall person. Overall, no issues whatsoever

It was an overall clean bus but the washroom was a little stinky. Bus driver was friendly

Ride was smooth, driver was funny and interesting. Break of 10-15 minutes in between would be better.

I will not use this bus service ever again.I missed the.bus which I payed 50 dollars for the ticket and they would not let me book fir the next bus or give me even a Discohnt on another ticket.ridiculous

Actually it was a great experience, the bus was new, air conditioning was perfect and everything was smooth. I would recommend to stop in Red Deer for passengers to take coffee.

Driver was eating and talking to passengers while driving instead of paying full attention to the road. We arrived with 20+ min delay. Washroom was dirty and smelled bad. Many power outlets were not working.

Driver was very professional. Excellent driving skills, even paced throughout the trip. No quick stops and starts. Need time to pick up snacks and drinks as this is challenging to do while the bus is travelling. Love the comfort and will travel with Red Arrow again!

The bus was clean. Comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. The bus driver was awesome. Tide was relaxing. He explained everything clearly over the microphone about each stop. He was very helpful for passengers getting on and off at each stop.

EBus shows up when and where it says it will. The buses are clean and comfortable. A great, affordable way to travel between Edmonton and Calgary — and better than the other bus options.

The bus ride was so smooth. I couldn’t believe we were already in Red Deer when we turned off the highway. It was the same quick ride to Crossiron Mall-smooth, calm and quiet. When I last used ebus it was in winter and the road conditions were horrible. A big snowstorm, icy highway and poor visibility. Yet the driver got us through safely. I like using this bus.
