Ebus User Reviews
Ebus receives praise for its smooth rides and helpful drivers, with passengers often feeling safe during their journeys. The buses are generally clean and spacious when not full. However, some users have reported frequent delays in departure times, uncomfortable seating due to small seats or rattling noises, and occasional confusion regarding passenger check-ins at certain stops.
I was fortunate to ride on one of your new buses and that was very nice. The driver was professional, and also I appreciated that he went over all key points besides our seat belts, items in overhead, alcohol, smoking etc.He also mentioned for respect for all passengers, using headphones when using our devices and not using speaker on cell . The driver was polite but clear on all points and I appreciate that as I find sometimes drivers are not consistent with those points.

The whole trip was amazing. What made it three star is there was a one guy passenger who talks through his phone the whole trip like a megaphone. We almost reached Vernon before th driver has to speak up and say, “Can the one who talks too loud lower it a bit for the whole bus can hear you?”
