Cold Shot User Reviews
Cold Shot receives praise for its friendly drivers, efficient service, and affordable pricing. However, some users report discomfort due to cramped seating and lack of amenities like bathrooms or functioning WiFi. There are also mentions of temperature issues on board and concerns about passenger behavior not being addressed by the staff.
I took the trip with minimal expectations. I was travelling from Calgary to Fox Creek and the schedule worked better for me than the other carriers. The price was good but the more direct route was much more important. The trip was reasonably comfortable. The drivers on both legs were friendly and efficient. The buses and the terminal in Edmonton were clean. Overall it was better than expected. I generally value comfort and amenities over other things but in this case Cold Shot got the job done and I was left feeling that if I would use them again if the need arose.

The trip was quick and the stops were 15mins or less and the transfer in Edmonton was 55min and is part of the downside to my trip only having plastic chairs to sit on which didn't help my trip, I found the seat space on the buses to be very cramped for my legs and narrow for shoulder width. Myself going from Calgary to Grande Prairie for the distance will probably find something with more space to be comfortable. The drivers were helpful explaining trip details to everyone before departure and if anyone had any questions .

The trip was quite quicker than expected and the bus driver was phenomenally friendly. I just do not like the little room in the back of the little shuttle buses.
