Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Grahamstown

The bus was very dirty from the starting point station in Pretoria. It was extremely uncomfortable to travel for over 17 hours in a filfthy bus.

The bus broke down and delayed the trip, your staff members are rude and not customer friendly. The last time i use such a service.

Time management and service at the bus was on top, but the workers at the station are rude, they reply in a wrong way and fail to explain about how the bus thing works as some people were left behind.

It was okay. I was disappointed by the heat in the bus, and when we alerted the driver, he said there was nothing he could do. There were also no charging stations which can make it an inconvenience when travelling long distances. The driver also wasted a lot of time within stops and we ended up stopping 45 minutes in Bloemfontein. The most disappointing fact was that instead of us arriving at 08h25 we arrived at 10h10 in Grahamstown with no apology.

I didn’t enjoy a thing! I used intercity 4 times this festive season and have experienced awful rides all these times. They all had a breakdown and they send mechanics instead of an alternative bus, no maintenance on their old buses and most of them break down while we’re still in Joburg. I am still on the road imagine, I was suppose to arrive 07:55 the time now is 12:29!! And this happens all the time with this company

It was disorganised, there was very little assistance, our lag gauge had no stickers, and we kept changing buses with little to no information

Booked for an intercity bus but instead got an uncomfortable eagle liner bus which was which was late by 3 hours

Mid they were no charging areas there and air-conditioner was constantly on high temperature

Enjoyed the small breaks.
