Bus Tickets from Richmond, VA to Washington, DC

My bus (through Flix) was canceled the night before my trip, and the second (through Greyhound) was three hours late with no explanation or people at the counter.

Great driver, very clean

Bus was an hour late no explaination or warning.

Didnt even ride on it cuz it was coming late and didn't know how long so used another bus

I was very upset that the bus driver decided to not let me on the bus when he did leave it. He was very rude and didn’t even care. I will never recommend greyhound bus from Richmond. Very rude bus driver

Staff were not too helpful, we waited almost one hour without an update only to be told bus would arrive sometime within the next hour, meaning a 2 HR delay. We had to abandon bus trip and Uber

Worst. I had to change my plan as Bus was 55 min late even the arrival from previous journey. After waiting for 55 min, I took the Uber and proceed to Washington Airport

Departed on time; arrived early

I was traveling with luggage and from what I read l had planned to check my large bag. That wasn't available. Struggled with the bags getting on and off. At 83 that was not pleasant.

We enjoyed the ease of transportation to and from DC. However our morning train was 2 hours and 7 min late. There was also hardly and air on both train rides so it felt very warm on the train rides
