Megabus offers a generally reliable service with timely departures and clean buses. Passengers appreciate the sense of safety during their trips. However, some users have noted that reserved seats should be better labeled to avoid confusion, restrooms could use more frequent cleaning, and there were occasional concerns about driver behavior and bus maintenance.
This was a very enjoyable ride. This bus leaves everyday and makes the trip to Greenbay to Madison very easy and inexpensive. I felt like I was on a tour bus. The route was so exciting and I got to see things I would have never known about. The Driver Derrick made the trip! He was so sweet and we had the best conversation. Im used to having delays in travel and the timing on this bus was like clockwork. Very reliable. This trip is a highlight in my travels. I will use this line again when I return. So grateful 🙏

My journey, wasn’t. I waited in the freezing cold for a trip I booked a week earlier only to find out by another traveler that the trip has been cancelled. I didn’t receive any emails stating this information. So my trip was a No-Go and o had to pay additional money to take 2 buses from other companies instead of 1 from here to get from Wausau WI to Milwaukee WI in time to catch a flight.
