Alpine Fleet User Reviews
The company provides excellent service with friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the punctuality, cleanliness, and comfort of the coaches. However, some reviews mention delays in departure times as a downside to an otherwise positive experience. Overall, customers are satisfied with the level of service provided by this operator.
They were incredible. Our flight was delayed so I rang them as soon as we got off the plane and they made sure there weren’t any dramas, they offered solutions if we didn’t make it to the check in desk in time for our bus departure. As soon as we arrived at the desk, 2 minutes late, they ran us through to catch our bus! On the bus they kept checking our stops so no one missed their stop. We had a lady bus driver who was excellent. Awesome service

Clean, large, well driven coaches.

Bus on time in Les Gets. Confirmation texts/emails very useful. Very annoyed to arrive at Geneva airport over 4 hours early after being told we needed to get an earlier bus as the roads would be horrendous. It was quicker going back than on the way there!
Andy H.
Very friendly and service minded staff at the counter who also followed us to the bus. She was so kind and wished us a good trip
