We had a problem finding the pickup point. It just had an address which was a Mac Donald's restaurant . Panicking we were running around the area looking for a sign post /bus stop of some sort with the red line logo. Amidst all this the mini van arrived and we missed the bus due to uncertainty of pick up point. Luckily a friendly taxi driver let us contact customer services & the bus returned to collect us. We were the happiest and most grateful to the driver. I would maybe recommend you describing the pick up point , in this case Mac Donald's car park. People like myself from out of the country are not with phone numbers or coaches / taxis that are not marked with company logo. Regardless, we are tremendously grateful and we are enjoying our stay on Naples as planned. Thank you

I’ll start with saying the driver was VERY nice and made every effort to make it a good experience. However, there were several problems with the trip. First, apparently I was not on the drivers list even though I had a valid ticket. Thankfully in the confirmation email the customer service number they provided went directly to the driver so he was able to turn around and come pick me up. If it wouldn’t have been for that, I would have not been picked up. Secondly, we were not in a bus but instead an unmarked minivan. As a first time Florida Red Line customer, it was a little sketchy to get in a van that I had no idea was even the correct vehicle. Also, the back door of the van did not open so the driver had to load all the luggage through the side doors. Apparently, the van was hit last week and that is why the door doesn’t open. Overall, i was very impressed with the driver but the company has some things they need to work on to better their quality of service.
