The departure bus stop was listed on ticket as Faro airport “arrivals”. There is only one bus stop at Faro airport and this is outside the “departures”. Quite confusing late at night and almost missed the bus because of this (lucky it was late). Also we were required to change busses in Saville, this wasn’t listed on the ticket and again was confusing. Furthermore with this required change the 2nd bus driver also required a paper copy of the tickets. The first bus driver kept our original tickets, again we were lucky we had a 2nd paper copy of the tickets otherwise we would have been in difficulty. Overall we got to our destination, but it could have been a smoother trip, if communication was improved

Le chauffeur a Toulouse a démaré alors qu’on lui a signalé 3 passagers clandestins à bord du bus. La sécurité n’a pas plus que ça cherché. Résultat des vols à bord. Ces personnes étaient insupportables, fumaient dans les toilettes, nous faisaient peur. À paris un d’eux a volé mons sac. J’ai hurlé et il s’est enfui en courant. Le chauffeur a alerté la sécurité mais personne à l’arrivée. J’étais avec mon fils de trois ans. Il y aurait pu avoir un drame.

I have booked the ticket from Bratislava to vienna on 24th December at 4.00 am I was in the bus stop at 3.58am and I was roaming everywhere and didn't find the bus I am totally disappointed with the service
