Bus driver from Fargo was all business so felt uncomfortable. Do like it when they tell where we are stopping along the way especially when it’s dark. Only thing I’d say for trip from Fargo to mples

Aside from the driver I think drove too fast for being late, and blabbing loudly with another chatterbox guy, which made it hard to sleep. We arrived in Minneapolis and got off the bus and I had to go to the bathroom and though it was only a few minutes the bus had left with my bag to the airport. Then all the hassles and relatively rude people who ended up not doing what they said they would which was to send my bag back to Fargo for my wife to pick up. They didn’t and though they told her they didn’t need my approval they let her drive all the way to Fargo and then denied her. Then gave wrong times to call them back to reschedule. What a rude and bungling mess!

there was a connection issue and everyone accommodated the situation, but i ended up being on a bus 4 hours longer than i had intended to be. staff did well with what they could, but i feel like it was unorganized and not efficient.
