Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Kingston

Nice driver gave a polite tactful announcement about behaviour expectations - no shoes on seats, keep calls short, etc., be considerate of fellow passengers. As far as I saw everyone complied so it was a pleasant ride. We also arrived a bit early which was nice.

The bus left on time and was acceptably comfortable. I especially liked that it was a double decker bus. I did smell a fair bit of exhaust.

Bus broke down for 2 hours on the side of the Don Valley Parkway and we weren’t allowed off. Bus was really hot and we weren’t even allowed to get fresh air. Ended up taking 6 hours to get from union station to kingston.

The bus was super clean and I enjoyed the calm evening drive. It was a little tricky (and stressful) finding the bus stop at Scarborough Town Centre. It would have been helpful if the bus stop location was outlined more clearly on the ticket information.

I appreciate the service pickup at the airport. The bus driver was on edge, and drove with some rage . He reactivated aggressively to me when I went to open the luggage storage, trying to help because he did not open the correct one with my luggage. I did not always feel safe when he was driving.

The bus arrived late so passengers were rushed off and then we were rushed on to the bus without tickets being checked which felt odd. Also meant there was no airing out of bus or pass through by staff to ensure it was clean before we boarded. No clear, audible announcements about stops/timing due to the lack of mic/speakers throughout the bus but drivers did their best. Wasn't a new "FlixBus" but a random, ye olde weathered bus. My seatbelt didn't really work. We arrived on time and the drivers competent so that was positive but the price - $49 - didn't reflect the comfort/quality of the trip. This was a $20 ride.

Excellent trip! On-time, great service, very comfortable spacious seats, spotlessly clean, quiet, even had complimentary drinks and snacks available.

Nice bus, provide snacks and drinks, smoother ride than some other tartly buses I’ve ridden on, good driver!

This was my second time riding with Red Arrow and both times have been fantastic. The driver and bus attendant, Vanessa, were so kind and welcoming. I also felt safe and super comfortable in my single seat. Loved it!

They overbooked and It took me 3 hrs to get there and back. I had to be rebooked on a bus tomorrow.

Bus left and arrived on schedule; smooth ride; pleasant and helpful driver; phone charging available.

Weather and traffic was horrendous - however our driver was good on the road and felt safe at all times!

The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. What I was not happy with was that the bus was over 15 minutes late with no indication or notification sent that it was delayed, which I have received for other coach bus services. The bus tracking option was not available for my bus either, which was very inconvenient.

No toilet paper or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. The bus was unmarked.

Late by an hour to wait for a change of bus driver, bus driver likes to play TikTok videos very loud when waiting, and the bus is not clean at all

Excellent found the drivers very helpful and the mini bus very clean.

I did not enjoy the speed of the ride nor that fact that the driver showed 25 minutes early and threatened to leave stranded.
