However, some users noted discomfort with seating on longer trips and issues such as unclear station signage or lack of shuttle services from certain locations. Additionally, there were concerns about luggage fees not aligning with initial expectations.

Enjoyed cleanliness of train, prompt departure time. Found it stressful the amount of time given at train destination to exit train. Wanted to order food and was unable to scan restaurant icon to order food.
