VIA Rail Stratford Toronto recent customer reviews
Well, unfortunately the train was cancelled and we had to take a bus from Stratford to Toronto. It was great that we received an email in plenty of time, but then the bus was late and there was no one at the station to talk to about when it would be arriving. One person phoned the customer line and was told it'd be "an hour". Most waited at the station, but some people thought they'd go back downtown and I think they missed the bus.

Via Rail was over an hour late coming into Stratford. Then, when the train arrived in Kitchener, they said they had to pause for another hour, but would let everyone off to take the GO if they wanted. I had to get to work, so I had to get off the train, then pay for a bus and a GO train just to get home.

Staff were not friendly, they closed the door on us and didn't even let us say goodbye to our loved ones, then we had to knock on window as they were going to leave without us then she yelled at us as getting on train and didnt help with the big step at all and i am disabled. meanwhile we weren't the last ones on! Love the train itself only offered coffee no water or pop like plane! Not good!
