Bus Tickets from Calgary International Airport to Banff

Our driver was absolutely fantastic. He texted the night before to inform us of where to meet and what gate it was amazing. Then he texted today to let us know that he would be arriving at the gate. He was so full of information and made the trip from Calgary beyond enjoyable. We would highly recommend, Richard was absolutely fantastic.

Excellent! Highly recommend, our flight arrived later than expected and they sent a special shuttle to meet us. Very grateful for Mountain Park’s service ! Staff was wonderful too- highly responsive and our driver was most hospitable!

The driver was so kind, thanks. Just one thing, departure place from google map was wrong. Please update right spot or delete link to google map. It’s confusing and because of that I almost missed the car.

The reception representative and shuttle driver were very helpful and accommodating.

The transfer driver was punctual, friendly and informative. Pickup location was convenient and easy to find.

It was a lovely route however the buss was 30 min late and it was a mini van with no Wi-Fi or toilets. But doesn’t really matter. Just would be god to know

The bus was good and the seats were nice. However, the bus was late in arriving at pick up by approx 30 mins. Need to improve this.

Worst experience ever . Bus was 45 mins late and on calling customer service they said we have no idea where bus is. Ruined my whole trip and I cancelled. Lost my money

Very friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Abest. And Jay(Driver) makes it more fun and friendly trip. The best for Abest, felt safe and the service is beyond expectations.

I spent most of my trip with my eyes glued to the road as our driver swerved all over, constantly drifting in and out of lanes. At one point, we were driving along the dotted line, occupying two lanes at once. The constant bumps from the lane departure alerts added to the tension, reminding us just how far off course we were. This continued to go on for the duration of the trip (2hours) fearing if we were going to crash or not.

The transport wasnperfect and super easy! Harold was our driver and he was super nice! 10/10

Not good. As soon as I paid my ticket for the 0700AM bus, they emailed to say the ride was cancelled and rescheduled for 0630. Then they emailed again to say it was rescheduled to 1000AM. I ended up not going to Banff. Terrible experience.

The company accommodated my request for an earlier bus, and the trip was smooth sailing.

I liked my driver. Very nice man named Jobo. I liked how the company sent a smaller car because we were few. Made it feel more intimate and I think it is such a smart business move. The stop was a little hard to located and I am used to bigger bus, so I almost missed the bus, because it was a car and I wasn’t expecting a cat. Maybe more can be done to make the vehicle stand out or something. But overall it was a great ride.

Very easy to locate the bus. Received a phone call and text upon arrival in Calgary.
