Everything went fine: the registration was very easy, the bus was very comfortable, and the most important thing is that they don’t require to enter a CPF for payments (as the other companies do). Also there was a gift: a free eSIM for 3 days, that was very nice and handy.

In Florianopolis I had my ticket on my phone. The queue to get my paper ticket was 45 minutes. Staff were soooo slow and didn't seem to care. I had 5 minutes to board. In Sao Paulo no-one knew where the connecting company's ticket office was. Tried 4 places. In the end, went to the boarding area and was reluctantly allowed on without a printed ticket. The wifi was non existent And the USB charging point didnt work. Poor service and communication. The good point. I made my destination.

The bus was 3hr late arriving into the destination. Making a 10.5hr journey into a 13.5hr journey

There was one of four members staff who was being kind and helpful - the other three were so rude and grumpy. Being really difficult about luggage and unpleasant throughout the trip They insisted bags went in the hold when I wanted it beneath my feet. When it came out the other end it stank, it's disgusting The bus was really smelly when we got on at Iguazu (the first stop) Seats uncomfortable - nearly half the size of those in Chile Really bad service This is the first negative review I've left for anything it was that bad and unpleasant

Terrible. Bus broke down. Took about one hour to replace that bus. Hardly no communication to the customers with updates.

It took 18 hours instead of the 15h 45mins. The bus was quite dirty, the seats and toilet. The seats did go back further than I expected which is a plus.
