Sou belga. Comprei minha passagem de ônibus com minha carteira de motorista belga. Eu estava com ela. O motorista não me deixou embarcar. Então, mostrei a ele meu passaporte belga, que eu tinha no celular. Mesmo assim, ele não me deixou embarcar, alegando que eu precisava absolutamente do meu passaporte ou documento de identidade. Ele então nos pediu para irmos para o lado.
Entre as pessoas que embarcaram depois de nós, muitas também tinham apenas uma foto do passaporte, mas o motorista as deixou embarcar sem problemas. Tivemos que ligar para a gerente, que obviamente não viu problema em usar sua carteira de motorista, que é um documento oficial emitido pelo estado e válido para Itaperim, já que é permitido às pessoas comprarem suas passagens de ônibus com a carteira de motorista. Isso tornou a viagem muito ruim, pois o motorista foi desagradável o tempo todo. Este era o motorista da viagem Rio -> São Paulo no domingo, 10 de agosto de 2025, com partida às 14h30 (plataforma 21 E 22). Informe seus motoristas porque isso dá uma imagem muito ruim da empresa, pessoalmente eu não recomendaria Itaperim para isso.

I enjoyed the comfort if the that reclined as a full flat bed. Checkin and boarding were smooth. Air conditionning was high but I anticipated this and weared a sweat shirt. It was a night trip and I coud only partially sleep because of the noise from the air conditionning and the bus but globally I enjoyed the trip.

The journey was horrendous.
First of all when we arrived at the bus station there was no information on any of the boards as to where the bus departs, none of the station staff were able to tell us where the bus departed so we were running around asking people until we eventually found people getting the same bus…Not that we would have missed it because it arrived 40 minutes late. We then proceeded to lose more and more time over the journey, with the driver stopping for 30minutes despite the delay. There was very little traffic and we arrived over 2 hours late. This caused us to be late to the airport and almost miss our flight. My partners seat on the bus was also broken so it moved all the way back whenever he rested on it. There was also no wifi on the bus as advertised. Do not use flixbus.
