Comfortable seats and aircon wasn’t polar, so journey was good! Would use this company again.
Cameron P.
- bus was very loud with no one respecting each other's surroundings (playing music and videos loudly) - there was a 40 minute stop after the planned stop in Baranquilla which delayed us alot - the seats didn't all recline - smelled of urine!
Priyanka P.
We came with 2h delay. When it became dark cockroaches came out of the gap between the seats.
Lisa R.
Staff at the desk were very unhelpful. Staff on the bus were great and we arrived early.
Robert J.
Good seats, but late departure and longer travel time (4,5 hours instead of 2,4h)
Anousha D.
Seats are comfortable, WiFi works most of the time. But I was initially told that my online ticket won't take me to Palomino and it was different. Also arrived 2 hours late
