Many users appreciated the comfortable seats and competent drivers, noting an overall smooth journey. However, several reviews mentioned that the buses were extremely cold due to air conditioning. Additionally, some passengers experienced issues with non-functional outlets and inadequate toilet facilities lacking essentials like water or paper products.
1) During the night it was a bad sleep because of the cold air blowing; when arrived my condition was terrible. 2) The electric outlet below the seat was not working although it was said that it's available. 3) The toilet was out of order and the water couldn't be flushed.

I was a bit late due to traffic, but they waited and helped me with the tickets, the ride went without any problems. The only problem is that I can’t really sleep in nightbuses, but thats my personal problem haha.
The bus service received positive feedback for providing a comfortable journey with air conditioning, USB ports, and possibly Wi-Fi. Passengers appreciated the punctuality of the buses and felt safe during their travels. However, some suggested that there should be clearer communication about the use of the bus bathroom.
Nice legroom and charging station but no water in bathroom and no internet. My online price was 18 thousand more than had I bought it at the station

Bus driver was struggling to stay awake so blasted really loud music the whole night which meant anyone near the front couldn’t sleep.
