1. Seat layout didn't match what was shown when booking 2. Bus was warm but I couldn't open air vents because they dripped condensation 3. Trip was -- and apparently always is -- much longer than scheduled

No toilet on the bus for a +6 hour journey. We did stop 2 hours into the journey though but the toilets were filthy with no seats, paper, or hand washing facilities. No leg room and seats were uncomfortable. very loud bus not good for overnight. Unfortunately is one of, if not the only bus between Medellin and Salento.
