Flota Occidental User Reviews
Flota Occidental receives praise for its comfortable buses, friendly staff, and efficient boarding process. Passengers appreciate the clean environment and working Wi-Fi on board. However, some reviews mention extended journey times due to frequent stops or roadworks. Issues such as leaking air conditioning and mismatched seating arrangements were also noted by users in several instances. Despite these challenges, many travelers found their overall experience satisfactory with pleasant bus terminals contributing positively to their trips.
Prompt pick up. More than enough leg room for a man of 6 foot 6/205cm. I think these buses are only for the longer journeys. Arrived 30-45 minutes early, mostly due to the fact it was overnight, but I'd heard horror stories of the 6 hour bus actually taking 9+ hours. There's no tray table to put your phone on, but that's minor when the price is so low.

Comfy bus, quick boarding process, kind staff. But, the journey only takes 4.5 hours and it was extended to 7 hours due to 3-4x stops. Two were bathroom breaks (though one of those lasted 30 minutes+. people were hanging out with snacks etc at the service station), one was unexplained, and during another the driver was having a sit down meal and we were there for an hour. It was a bit frustrating that the journey was so long for seemingly no reason. Breaks are good but I thought that one break in 4.5 hours would’ve sufficed. 2.5 hours were spent at random stops.

It was good once we got on the bus, however at the station we were told we didn't need a printed ticket even though when we bought the ticket we were told we needed to get it printed which caused a bit of confusion.

The driver made 2-3 extra stops so he could get food and drinks from roadside vendors, seemed unnecessary

We were late Bus driver refused to turn down music or aircon Bus driver kept putting the lights on and off so we couldn’t sleep
Poppy S.
The trip took much longer than listed, there was no room for the bags and they were on us, the driver kept talking on his cell phone, and the air conditioners dripped water on us.
