Suggestions for improvement include clearer directions for bus arrivals, addressing late arrivals, and providing Wi-Fi on buses.
Friendly older Driver I recognized. Bus is new clean & relaxing. Driver very informative & kind. Made the trip enjoyable. Their was a few children under age of 10 but they were pretty good to. Will be traveling again next month to Columbus Ohio. Have a Blessed day.

It was late and didn’t let us know and customer service wasn’t helpful

There were people on the bus who didn't know the bus would stop at all the little towns, and these people were angry. If they would have had a little map with all the stops, they may have been easier to deal with.

I waited in the freezing temps for 40 minutes and the bus never arrived. Tried calling customer service, didn’t get an answer, the app bus tracker also was not providing bus location information.
