Buena empresa, en general todo óptimo. Entre los asientos semicama el espacio para estirar los pies es bastante (más espacio que en el coche de catarinense) y suficiente para una persona que mide 1.80-1.90m. Para una distancia tan larga recomiendo tomar un coche cama. Pluma hace menos paradas que catarinense y por eso tarda unas horas menos. Las parasdas que hace son suficientes.

Over 5 hours late arriving. Numerous stops, most of which seemed entirely unnecessary. We were never told how long the bus would stop for. No cushions or blankets. Seats were narrower than on other buses we have used.

Yes, there are power outlets and USB plugs on Pluma. No need to fear running out of battery during the best part of your movie! Note that Pluma might use replacement buses, so we recommend bringing a battery pack, just in case.
Yes, Pluma has a toilet on board. The toilet is located at the back of the bus or near the middle. Remember to bring hand sanitizer with you, as most buses do not have running water.
There are no meals or snacks offered on Pluma buses. We recommend that you bring some snacks and drinks in a reusable water bottle for your bus trip.
