I found the transfer to another bus to get to Pearson very difficult and frustrating. Driver told me I had to get off but had no idea where I should go. No staff to ask. I eventually asked a subway staff who said to catch bus 40. First bus 40 said he was going another direction and to wait at stop 12. Eventually I found a sign at stop 11. No clear instructions.

The washroom was so much smelly. There was a drug addict person who boarded and then started to recline the seat. I could not just confront him due to the fact that he would create a scene in the whole bus. He was asking for phone from others. Then he went to the washroom and damaged it. It was so stinky the entire way. When I changed my seat, he was dangling around while going to the rest and then sat on the seat besides me. I quickly pulled my bag or else he was just about to sit on the top of it. He then asked for the phone from the people and later got up from there. It was a mess. Sorry no offensive but being this a long journey, certain things like these must be taken into consideration. Aside from that, there was NO WIFI the whole time! All in all, this was a disaster.
