They made me stand in a que. I was not sure even at 2.p.m i could have taken the bus. If they can't maintain the time why should they made me an appointment at 2.00. Next time i will definitely not choose this bus

The trip was fine , but the driver was super rude and there was a lot of disorganisation, people who were late, pass first, than people who were waiting for hours. Driver shout at me because I was using my phone, seems absurd to me that I cannot use my phone, I am not the driver…terrible
