First of all the bus was 25 minutes late and there was no heating on the bus and no apology fir being late then there was a crash on the motorway so we had to be diverted a different way to Edinburgh al in all it took nearly 3 hours to get there and I just made my train journey home and no more

Journey on way down was absolutely freezing. Sat upstairs and cold air blowing whole way. Coming home driver sat in perth for 15 mins with doors wide open this then made us freezing and also late getting to our destination
