Quick Shuttle Richmond Seattle recent customer reviews
Great!! Super quick and the driver was very helpful and made sure we were all informed and comfortable.

Delayed with no explanation of around 2 hours. Offered no assistance or compensation to people who missed flights. I do not think it is right for a company to reserve the right to refuse refunds and then treat their paying customers who are following their guidelines this way. I had to send in my project draft for work at 4PM as I arrived at 3:30 PM instead of the arranged 1:30 PM.

The driver explained the procedure prior to leaving Richmond. However when we finally got to SeaTac Airport he was not helpful in helping me be where my family was picking me up. It took almost an hour for us to find each other.
