We booked a ticket but then had to pay more for our luggage (stowed under the bus anyway) and because people don’t sit in designated sea they are pushy in getting on and unwilling to share double seats. It’s ridiculous when everything is done online. Seats can be allocated and a piece of luggage can be included. Also, the ticket said 7.8 euros but at checkout we were charged 9 euros Plus 1.6 for luggage

I purchased two tickets online and one of them scanned as "invalid" when were entering the bus, causing a very heating and lengthy discussion before we were finally allowed to board. Un unforgettable experience indeed, just not in the way I hoped.

The bus on which I was booked did not come. After one hours wait I took another bus to Pula. I did not get any information whatsoever. Very bad, not reliable.
