Bus was supposed to leave at 8:30pm, did not leave until 9:30 which caused us to miss the last flyaway of the night to the airport. Had to spend $80 on a taxi. Very inconvenienced!!! Very dissatisfied! Do better Flixbus!

Bus was on time and arrived early. Driver was unfortunately rude and unfriendly. Bus was extremely rattly near the tyres which was extremely noisy all the way.

FlixBus sent email of INCORRECT departure so I missed my pre arranged bus. The driver was rude.

My experience with u was terrible they charged me more just because I put my luggage under the bus where al the luggage goes 😔

Very courteous staff. Comfortable ride. Bus driver was friendly and informative. The arrival in LA was late due to Thanksgiving traffic. The driver handled the delays efficiently and safely.

Staff were very unhelpful to us when our bags would not fit in our overhead space, even though they had done on a previous bus that we took. We were told that we would have to pay $20 to put them underneath, no one was willing to listen to us.

The train was not on schedule, we to continue our journey by bus from oceanside ang I got to LA 35 minutes late

Was confused but Amtrak made it safe and secure for me to make sure I was going to the right place! Minimal tardy but not a problem at all
