Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to London

The whole bus smelled like urine, it was late, and the driver was talking on his phone.

Driver was on non stop talking to a passenger about their religion,their beliefs and fight with other countries . It was really annoying.

Very delayed. No communication at all. Driver is also unapologetic. Never will use this service again.

Enjoyed the fact the bus was on time, inside clean and enough leg room between seats. However the location for pick ups could be more precise, as in exact post marking.

Awesome driver. Nice, quick and safe. Surprising very comfy seats (I’m 6’1” and didn’t find it awkward) . The only thing needing improvement would be the signage of where to go /which bus to go on while at the airport . We managed to find the bus with little to no problem but the signs in the airport and then outside at the bus stops are maybe a little confusing to some with the lack of info of where each bus is going or where to stand to wait for the right bus. We were lucky and found the right person at the right time so we had no issue.

On time and easy to find our pickup point Only complaint is the windows on the bus were very dirty… that’s all!!!

It was late but I received a notification about that. I didn't have a specific seat which said "any seat" But when more people got up in mississauga we have to move because they had specific seat The bus smells really bad like dirty

why the bus need to stoop at the middle of the trip for 15 mins (most of people sitted inside and waiting for driver) at the resting area?

Bus was delayed with notice. But then was even further delayed without any notice.

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

Everything was okay except for the temperature of the bus. It was literally cold inside due to AC running at the ambient temperature of 14!

Very comfy trip to London, service was on time, no delay, drivers are nice as well ✌

Confusing web site. Was booking for May 9 and some how date on ticket was switched to April 9 and I didn't notice until received this notice.

The shuttle was 40min late. It's a pity because then the journey was comfortable and the van very clean.

It was amazing and very professional. The ride was smooth and quick. The car itself was quiet clean and tidy!

Phenomenal experience. Driver was on-time (actually early), extremely diligent, and respectful. He is a very safe driver. Altogether an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
