This is a fantastic service. The coach was the smartest coach l’ve ever travelled in. The A/C was set at the perfect temperature. The seats reclined and were really comfortable. The coach left on time and arrived 2mins early, with one short break on the 4.5hr journey from Rio to Paraty. Inacreditavel!

The coach set off 16mins late. To make up time the driver was going too fast. He also arrived 15mins early. Hence he must have been going quite a bit faster to save 31mins on a 4.5hr journey. This made it a less comfortable journey as we were being moved from side to side on this twisty road. Someone’s heavy rucksack fell from the overhead shelf as we rounded one corner which could have injured someone. Also when boarding l showed the driver my ticket and he said “Baggage wait”, even though l had a carry on rucksack. But then he accepted my daughter’s ticket even though she had a rucksack that needed to go in the hold? It was a hot day so l didn’t appreciate having to stand in the sun wearing a rucksack for another 10mins while he dealt with everyone else boarding. Eventually l got him to take my ticket and let me on with my rucksack

Very comfortable bus and quick journey, felt very safe. The hard part was the air-conditioning, it was absolutely freezing, had to completely dress up and ended up with a cold the same day to start my holiday so this was a really big minus for me.

Overall ok. Bus was confortable, there was a stop in a place with food and facilities, charging USB sockets. The bus was predictably delayed getting out of Rio (terrible everyday traffic), so we arrived late. Wifi onboard would be awesome, but overall good service.
