The arrival time was poor with no communication. Stood in the snow for 20 solid minutes. Such a bad experience. If I was late in reporting there I know the bus was not going to wait for me so why do me this by making me suffer in the snow for 20 minutes.

The driver was nice, but the bus was old, very dirty, and had an issue with the gear shift. Everyone it shifted the whole bus jerked. This made the bus ride very unpleasant. My seat was also broken and kept shifting front and back with the jolts from the gearshift. This all coupled together made this ride almost unbearable

It was a very stressful bus ride. The bus driver was very rude and did not stop properly to give a bathroom break. The bus driver had absolutely no respect towards customers. This is actually my 2nd bad experience with this bus driver and as a result will never recommend Go Buses.
