Am not happy because I didn't use I use sprinter and the sprinter came late

We booked a bus from Cape Town and my sister received a call the morning of their traveling day telling her she needs to go either to Stock road or Bellville that was not so great as we booked from Cape Town station for convenience we stay in Parklands. A lot happened on that day but they ended up traveling by the sprinter mini buses instead of the bus we booked for with no explanation or whatsoever. The bus was supposed to leave at 19h20 and they left at 22h00 at night after an unpleasant experience they had to go through from Cape Town state to Bellville station. We had to use our airtime to communicate with the Gxaweni person the whole time.

I didn't enjoy.bust was 2hrs late there was no communation made what so ever.giving people false advertisement not telling us the truth that they no longer have busses they use the sprinters.theyve changed us to another sprinter from town to bellvile also when we got to Queenstown they exchanged us into an old bus that no name bus.i hate Gxaweni!!!

It's bad they said bus will be 18:30 pm from Cape Town and 11.30am Umtata but we end up going 22:00 and arrived at 18:00 at umtata and it was not a bus, they use Vego.

No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on Gxaweni. We recommend bringing a battery pack to make sure you won't run out of battery, or bring a good book and stay entertained throughout your bus ride!
No, Gxaweni generally doesn't have a toilet on board. No worries, the bus will make bathroom and rest stops during your bus trip. You will be able to stretch your legs, use the toilet and get some snacks during the stops.
