Additionally, there were concerns about air conditioning not being sufficient in hot weather conditions but overall cleanliness was acceptable.
There were some issues with the boss on the telephone with the staff in the bus and with picking up other passengers in the middle of nowhere. Therefore perhaps we, the passengers didn't get any tea , coffee, water or snacks the first 5 hours of the journey. The stops were only briefly 5 or 15 minutes. And also not near a restaurant or so. Therefore people were not able to rest, stretch the legs, go to the toilet and smoke. Let alone have a meal. Only after my repeated complaints that we are human beings not robots and that we need a bit more time sometimes, they became more lenient. After that the journey went much smoother. The staff was nice though

I did not joined bus in Batumi. I was forced rich border by another bus, cross border and search bus on Turkish side with out guide and information.

Bus provided by Karadeniz was 45min late departing Ankara and 90min late arriving Tbilisi. No snacks and only 2 hot drinks in entire 24hr journey

First of all the Bus came 1 hour later and instead of 2:45 pm, we were in Antalya on 5:00pm. Wifi doesn't work and at last when was too hot outside, they turned off air conditioning. Was hard to breathe.
