Rede Expressos User Reviews
The bus service received positive feedback regarding comfort, punctuality, and overall experience. Some customers suggested enforcing assigned seating to avoid delays. However, there were complaints about noisy fans during a UEFA final game and the need for updates at Lisbon's Siete Rios station. Additionally, some passengers mentioned high prices compared to competitors like Flixbus but expressed satisfaction with their journey experience.
Very good

when we arrived to our connection in Coimbra, they left us on the street and nobody explained anything to us, they closed the doors of the station right on our faces, we had to wait on the street along other passangers. Also the bus was supposed to arrive at 11, and it arrived like 11:30. Now, on the bus, my seat was broken and the screen in front didnt work

Everything was good -- service, buses, punctuality. Only suggestion: enforce assigned seating. Since this wasn't enforced, there was a delay in departure while the bus driver tried to sort out the mess.

A trip. The first driver from Porto to Lisboa was so rude and disagreeable. Other passengers were distressed as to how rude he was to my husband and I. We were unable to understand Portuguese language as we are from Australia. All other staff were lovely

This is not clear to get ticket from Lisbon to Fago in only Portuguese .

We have only got a confirmation by email, this time no Tickets with QR-Code. So we were told to go to the counter where we Fina finaly got Tix with QR-Code and seat Numbers. In Porto we had to change to another Bus run by another company. We only had 15 minutes to find out at whitch gate the Bus was to be found. And we had to queue to get Tix for the second route to Vigo. The queue was at least 60 meters long, only 2 clercs were at the desk which meint „No chance to get Tix before Bus departure“. So the Bus Driver charged another 24 Euros for 2 Pax, altough we already had paid. That was bad service.
